Refund Policy

Customers of Erkmenhost.com.tr can request a refund for the services they have purchased, specifically hosting and hosting-related products, within 15 days from the date of purchase, without providing any excuses.

The unconditional refund policy applies only to newly purchased hosting packages. Products, services, and renewal payments such as licenses, domains, physical servers, SSL certificates are not covered by the refund policy.

In the event that a customer wishes to make a refund request, they are obliged to communicate this request to erkmenhost.com.tr customer services via email.

Erkmenhost.com.tr reserves the right to process refunds through bank transfer, electronic funds transfer (EFT), cash, or as a partial refund of the credit card transaction. Refunds will be issued to the source determined by erkmenhost.com.tr after deducting any necessary expenses associated with the refund process.
